&lt;p&gt;The keyword &#34;relationships&#34; is a bit confusing as its context is different in both the points. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If I may say, customers want a relationship with companies, a relationship of trust &#38; mutual understanding the philosophy of which goes way beyond mere delivery of product/service. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
