		<description>The question ultimately begets the response, "It depends." What type of business? What type of employee base? What type of culture? What types of interactions across the organization, with partners, with influencers, etc.? I used to think it was a toy, but as the lines between business and "leisure" time...and contacts...blur increasingly, I see it can be pretty powerful. And as a software company employee, I admire the speed with which they've built a bona fide software application platform of sorts. That said, I think the bigger question that will come up is, "Do I really want to be in the walled garden of Facebook," or a more "open" garden?</description>
